What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us
In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal information provided by you. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.
Payment data. Social media login data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details (like your Facebook, X, or other social media account). This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), IP addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.
If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or X), we receive personal information about you from such platforms such as your name, email address, and gender. Any personal information we collect depends on your social media account’s privacy settings. Their use of your information is not governed by this Privacy Notice.

How do we handle your social logins?
In short: If you choose to register or log in using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
If you log in via a third-party social media account (like Facebook or X), we will receive certain profile information from that provider. This may include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture, and other information you choose to make public.
We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice or otherwise made clear to you. We do not control the third-party provider’s use of your information.
Is your information transferred internationally?
In short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries, including in the facilities of third parties with whom we may share personal information.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store and isolate it if deletion is not possible (e.g., backups).

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable security measures. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
Do we collect information from minors?
In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction).
If we learn we have collected personal information from users under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. Contact legal@interfere.com if you believe this has occurred.
What are your privacy rights?
In short: Depending on your location, you may have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you may have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing, and rights related to automated decision-making.
If a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a way to request human review.

Withdrawing your consent
If we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness prior to withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing
You can unsubscribe via the link in emails, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS, or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages.
SMS note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Account information
To review, change, or terminate your account, you can contact us.
Upon request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases, but may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, assist investigations, enforce legal terms, and comply with legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but it may affect some features.

Controls for do-not-track features
Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in an updated Privacy Notice.
California law requires disclosure of how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond at this time.
Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In short: If you are a resident of certain US states (including California and others listed below), you may have specific rights regarding your personal information.
