# Companies

> Review customer accounts, their users, and the problems affecting them.

The Companies view groups your product's users by customer account. A company is a customer of your product; your Interfere workspace is the team managing those customers.

Open **Companies** when it is available in your workspace. Search for an account or filter by recent activity, then open its detail page.

## Review account impact

The company detail page shows account properties and active problems. Open **Problems** to inspect issues affecting the account, or **Users** to see its associated users and their activity.

Follow a user to their [sessions](/docs/product/users) or open a problem to read its [investigation](/docs/product/problems). Missing properties remain unavailable until Interfere has the corresponding data.
